You're invited to join in on this first ever Yin Yoga Series led by certifed yin yoga teacher Stef Bourke.

This is a special opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and take a deep breath—literally and figuratively.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a deeply calming and meditative style of yoga that targets the connective tissues rather than the muscles. In this practice, postures are held for longer periods of time (usually 3-5 minutes), giving your body the chance to slowly release tension and giving your mind the space to settle.

It’s slow, grounding, and accessible, making it perfect for all levels—whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Think of it as a beautiful pause from the busyness of life.
